XABI ALONSO LINKED FOR ANFIELD COMEBACK

Xabi Alonso linked again to back to Anfield in January transfer, according to Metro. Liverpool were given green-light to re-sign 31-years old, after his final year in Barnebeu and seems like contract extension still unclear. Real Madrid currently packed with Modric, Khedira, Isco, could lead for him to leave Santiago Barnebeu for free in January. Chelsea and Juventus reported showing their interest on Alonso, thus could lead a stiff competition in acquiring this midfield maestro.

Our midfielders are packed with Gerrard, Lucas, Allen and Henderson, but none of them are known for midfielder with great vision and passing. For sure, many fans would welcome his comeback in Anfield, Brendan Rodgers could add somebody who could pull the strings from deep position in midfield.

I don't think that Juventus would able to offer him, the only races is between Chelsea and Liverpool. It's dilemma between the club he loves in Liverpool and rejoining his favorite manager, Jose Mourinho in Chelsea. And most important is, I would like to see him coming back, combining with Gerrard and Lucas, hoping that creativity will spark better than we have now.
